[DHD]Dark Horse Division hosted by the mysterious [DHD]PaleRider and led by [DHD]’s Crossfire, Blackadder and Sixpack was launched February 8, 2004 as an enclave of friends and family that enjoyed playing Medal of Honor Allied Assault (MOHAA multiplayer). As a result of the sturdy leadership on the server and swift justice on the web site, [DHD] maintained it’s integrity and became much more than a friends and family server.

Before long [DHD] developed a following of regulars and new gamers (noobs) visiting every day. The server was often full during the popular after-duty hours and regularly occupied 24 hours a day by a few that couldn’t holster the weapon. The web site became the place where players from around the world joined to challenge, be recruited, seek justice, discuss MOHAA and shoot the breeze. It was mentioned by several regulars - the forums on darkhorsedivision.com were read more than the local papers and became the home page for most.

At the height of MOH’s popularity [DHD] was and is the leader of "Capture the Flag". The server soon became the place where the best of the best went to test their skills against the other warriors of MOHAA. As in any battle the weak were laid to waste and winners were recognized and rewarded.

Still, early in the game the regulars grew stronger and an elite team [TTS]TheToughSkins emerged as a challenge clan for [DHD] and other clans of MOHAA. Led by [TTS]Robert_’Bob’_Hitler, TheToughSkins took MOH by storm, devastating other MOH clans and ending their reign with a decisive 21 / 0 winning streak. [TTS] not only made a name for themselves in the [DHD] community of MOHAA but, as a team, climbed to the top of the global charts at CSPORTS.net.

As the [DHD] server reached its peak yet another clan, [TDM]TheDarkhorseMilitia, was forged from the ranks. Formed by [TDM]One_Eyed_Jack and [TDM]Bugges_Bunny for the purpose of providing a challenge to [DHD] & [TTS], and making thier own run at a decisive winning streak. A wining streak was started and a few members hit the top of the charts on CSPORTS but dethroning [TTS] was not to be. At the height of [TDM]’s game both [TTS] and [TDM] were recalled back to Division HQ to form a united front as we march into Call of Duty 2.

The cadence of Dark Horse Division’s march has been steady and strong every day since Feb 2004. Refined by fire and now merged as one, [DHD], [TTS] and [TDM] create a new force. As our heels land on the necks of the opposition the new cadence will be thunder in your ears. Just as we did in Medal of Honor; we will lead the charge into Call of Duty II, dismantling CTF clans one by one until the opposition is exhausted. From MOH to COD2 and into the future of FPS / CTF... [DHD] will be on the field capturing your flag.

Dark Horse Division has become a close knit group of comrades. We have withstood the test of time, new teams, new games, server cheaters and web hackers. "You mess with my brother... you mess with me" has been the overtone to those that come to cause trouble. For those that want to have a good challenge and a good time we welcome you and encourage you to get to know us in the forums and on the field.
